Please review the following policies carefully before purchasing tickets for the Sunset Tea Dance Cruise. By purchasing tickets and/or attending the event, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Missed boarding
   
• Late arrival
   
• Schedule conflicts
   
• Change of personal plans
   
• Weather conditions (unless event is cancelled)
   

If you miss the boat departure, you will not receive a refund or credit.

Tickets are transferable to another guest with advance notice to the event host.

Boarding begins at 4:45 PM sharp.

The vessel departs promptly at 5:00 PM.

All guests are solely responsible for arriving on time. The boat will not wait for late passengers under any circumstances.

The event operates rain or shine.

In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions requiring cancellation by the vessel operator, guests will receive either:

• A future cruise credit, or
   
• A rescheduled event date
   

Refunds due to weather cancellations are at the discretion of the event organizer and vessel operator.

By attending this event, all guests acknowledge and agree that:

Gay Vacation Travel and JB Executive Travel, including its owners, officers, staff, affiliates, and partners, are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Guests participate in this event at their own risk.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Slips or falls
   
• Alcohol-related incidents
   
• Personal property loss
   
• Medical emergencies
   
• Boarding or disembarking accidents
   

Guests consuming alcohol must do so responsibly.

The vessel operator and bartending staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive.

No outside alcohol is permitted onboard.

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow passengers and crew.

Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the vessel without refund.

Sales tax is not included in ticket pricing.

A 7% Florida sales tax will be applied at checkout where applicable.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Sunset Tea Dance Cruise, all guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

All guests must present a valid ticket for boarding. Tickets may be digital or printed.

Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Valid ID may be required.

Boarding begins at 4:45 PM sharp.
Departure is promptly at 5:00 PM.

The vessel will not delay departure for late guests. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed boarding.

Gay Vacation Travel reserves the right to make changes to:

• Entertainment lineup
   
• Cruise route
   
• Boarding procedures
   
• Event timing (if required)
   

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

The following are not permitted onboard:

• Outside alcohol
   
• Illegal substances
   
• Weapons
   
• Dangerous items
   

Security and vessel staff reserve the right to deny boarding if necessary.

All guests must follow crew safety instructions at all times.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

By attending the Sunset Tea Dance Cruise, guests grant permission to Gay Vacation Travel and JB Executive Travel to use photographs and video recordings taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

This includes use in:

• Social media
   
• Websites
   
• Advertising
   
• Email marketing
   
• Printed materials
   

Guests waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such media.

If a guest does not wish to appear in media, they must notify the event host in writing prior to the event.

If you purchased VIP:

Your VIP wristband will be provided at boarding and includes unlimited premium drinks.

If you purchased General Admission:

Drinks are available for purchase at the bar onboard.

Limited parking is available at Bokampers.
Uber or rideshare is strongly recommended.
